Local Measure to Showcase Real-Time Feedback Tool at the Euro Attractions Show

London - 5 September 2018 – From September 25–27 Local Measure will be attending the Euro Attractions Show, held at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Center, to showcase its new real-time feedback tool, Pulse. The Euro Attractions Show is organised by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and welcomes world's leaders in amusement and entertainment. This year, theme park and attractions operators will be able to see live demonstrations of Pulse and hear about the innovative product’s early success with the hotel industry.

Pulse, which launched in June of this year, has been designed to help brick and mortar businesses collect feedback from on-site customers so that staff can immediately action any issues, thereby improving bottom line metrics like guest satisfaction scores and thwarting negative reviews.

The ability to immediately action customer feedback is what sets Pulse apart from other feedback tools and surveys and what makes it particularly valuable for the attractions industry. The mobile app allows ground staff to be notified of customer responses as they come, and to mark each response as actioned once resolved. The system thereby empowers ground staff to truly own the customer experience.

Deborah Eicher, EMEA Business Development Manager for Local Measure, explains the use case for the attractions industry, “When you have high volumes of guests spread over large sites, managing each individual guest experience requires mobility and the ability to address issues instantly. Pulse gives theme parks and attractions a simple mechanism to enable front line- staff to respond and resolve any guest service issues while the guest is on site, all in real-time. This means better guest experiences, increased guest satisfaction scores and less negative post visit reviews.”
