Photos and recap: TEA SATE Europe in Beaulieu, May 2017

Some 90 people attended the TEA SATE Europe conference on Experience Design, hosted 4-5 May 2017 at the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, UK. The theme was "Cultural and Historic Futures."

TEA SATE Europe was organized by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) with the TEA Europe & Middle East Division taking the lead.

The next such conference in 2017 will be TEA SATE Los Angeles, 5-6 October at the California Institute of the Arts

The National Motor Museum was a watershed project for TEA International Board President David Willrich of DJ Willrich Ltd., and the event included a black-tie reception at the Museum. The keynote session was a conversation between Willrich and Ken Robinson of Leisure Recreation and Tourism Ltd. The event coincided with Willrich's birthday, and he was presented with a cake at the opening reception. A cruise was the concluding gathering. See the conference program.

Journey to ROCKTOPIA! TEA Eastern Division visits Woodstock

New York State - On a summer Saturday in August, members of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) gathered in New York City, then ventured upstate to the Museum at Bethel Woods, at the famous site of the 1969 Woodstock music festival. At the Museum, our band of 13 were treated to an insider’s tour of the vibrant exhibits, followed by a performance of ROCKTOPIA, a classical revolution with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic.

Mousetrappe hosts 200 in successful TEA Western Division event

On the balmy evening of August 28, 2017, close to 200 people enjoyed the hospitality of a Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) Western North America Division event at the Burbank headquarters of Mousetrappe, an award-winning media design studio.
