Photos and recap: TEA SATE Europe in Beaulieu, May 2017

Some 90 people attended the TEA SATE Europe conference on Experience Design, hosted 4-5 May 2017 at the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, UK. The theme was "Cultural and Historic Futures."

TEA SATE Europe was organized by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) with the TEA Europe & Middle East Division taking the lead.

The next such conference in 2017 will be TEA SATE Los Angeles, 5-6 October at the California Institute of the Arts

The National Motor Museum was a watershed project for TEA International Board President David Willrich of DJ Willrich Ltd., and the event included a black-tie reception at the Museum. The keynote session was a conversation between Willrich and Ken Robinson of Leisure Recreation and Tourism Ltd. The event coincided with Willrich's birthday, and he was presented with a cake at the opening reception. A cruise was the concluding gathering. See the conference program.

Sponsors: Garmendale Engineering, Barco, Electrosonic, Christie, Alterface Projects, 7thSense Design, Wartsila Funa, Chailey Heritage Foundation, DJ Willrich Ltd.

Some members of the press were in attendance and Blooloop followed up with an original, feature story.
