Lindsey joined TEA in June of 2021 and brings to the organization a depth of knowledge and experience of association management and demonstrated results of transforming organizations and growing revenues, most recently as Vice President of Operations with United Benefit Advisors (UBA). Lindsey has extensive experience leading strategic and operational initiatives and planning, and a history of growth through strategic industry partnerships.

Prior to UBA, Lindsey worked for the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA), the trade association representing the $31B US convenience services industry. In her role as Vice President, Lindsey was responsible for driving non-dues revenue programs including events, education, and fundraising as well as the organization’s marketing and digital communications departments. Lindsey also served as the Executive Director of the NAMA Foundation.

Prior to joining NAMA, Lindsey served in the capacity of a fundraising consultant to a variety of professional and trade associations, and successfully raised over $5 million dollars as a part of a ground-breaking capital campaign. 

Lindsey is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and grateful recipient of the Association Forum’s 2020-2021 Association Professional Achievement Award and the 2014 Forty Under 40 Award by the Association Forum & USAE.  She is also an active mentor, volunteer & presenter at the Association Forum and has served in leadership roles on a variety of SIGs and committees.

Lindsey is a proud graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame and currently resides in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and young two sons. In her free time she enjoys volunteering for her children’s school, gardening, hiking and spending time outdoors or on her family farm in Michigan.
