AJ is a Creative Guide. She leads the Luci team, works closely with our clients and drives our company growth and identity. She is a design-thinker who celebrates left-brain business problem solving, and embraces right-brain creative strategies, ensuring all clients’ stories are communicated and dimensionalized with direction and impact.

With a Master in Business Administration and a BFA in Communications Design, her expertise in user-driven design strategy and experience design bring purpose and authenticity to all of Luci’s work. AJ is focused on fostering a culture and team that together produce inspiring and impactful experiences with client-partners around the world.
