NextGen members of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) are students and recent grads working to enter the international attractions industry (as designers, artisans, producers, writers, engineers, operators, etc.). A highlight of TEA NextGen membership is first-hand access to educational and networking events such as the annual TEA Summit (March 19-20), followed by the Thea Awards Gala (March 21) at Disneyland Resort. Recipients of 2015 Thea Awards from the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) include museum exhibits Wonderkamers ("Wonder Rooms") at Gemeentemuseum Den Haag, Netherlands, and Nature Lab at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Ron Miziker of Miziker Entertainment Group is the keynote speaker for TEA Summit Day 2: Thea Case Studies Day, organized by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and taking place at the Disneyland Hotel March 20, 2015, in Anaheim, Calif. USA. Miziker was named to receive the Buzz Price Thea Award for a Lifetime of Outstanding Achievements. The award is named in honor of Harrison "Buzz" Price, who was the first Thea recipient in 1994.
