CareerVerse is an exciting online game that helps match kids aged 10 to 14 with possible future career paths based on their interests. While they discover and learn along an interactive journey through the CareerVerse, they’re introduced to the regional employers and career development resources that can take them where they want to go. More than 13,000 kids actively used the game during a 2-week pilot and the user base continues to grow.

IDEAS’ Panorama is a regionally customized web solution presenting a dynamic encyclopedia of local career options, employers, first-person stories and job-specific resources using a workforce region’s current or custom-produced content. From job-seeker self-assessments to tailored “this is what my job looks like” explainer videos, Panorama has all the necessary tools to implement an online career interest development system.

Successfully used to create 4 award-winning national workforce brands, the IDEAS brandAMP program refreshes workforce brands. BrandAMP is a carefully designed program of brand design, activation strategies, visual identity, communications tactics, website design, engaging apps and cost-effective video content packages.

The methodology behind IDEAS Workforce Solutions stems from a decade of expertise activating workforce brands in states like Florida, Alabama, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
