TEA China invites speakers featuring Michael Libby, founder and CEO of Worldbuildr, Hongxing Zhou, General Manager of Digital Creative Culture and Tourism Business Department of Hengxin Oriental Culture, and Xibing Wu, Vice President of HRG Jiangsu Zhi Xin Technology and Principle of Cultural Tourism Research Institute, to discuss the future trend of virtual world technology in LBE.

After earning a B.A. in English from USC while pulling double duty as a Jungle Cruise skipper on weekends, Michael worked as a creative writer in the themed entertainment industry for several years before beginning to sense the coming disruptive force of interactivity technologies. He returned to USC for his graduate studies, earning a M.F.A. degree from USC's Interactive Media & Game Design program. During this time, Michael developed new technical skills and began to focus his new abilities into the official formation of his company, Worldbuildr. Built on proprietary software that began as Michael's graduate thesis project, Worldbuildr uses new, state-of-the-art digital tools like virtual reality and real-time game engines to revolutionize the design and production process for all types of immersive experiences, allowing designers to visualize ideas early, mitigate risk, and detect unforeseen problems earlier in the design process than previously thought possible.

Xibing Wu, Vice President ，HRG Jiangsu Zhi Xin Technology Principle ，Cultural Tourism Research Institute
In 2019, Ms. Xibing Wu joined HRG as Vice President of the Cultural Tourism Business Department and Principal of the Cultural Tourism Research Institute. She is mainly responsible for the R&D and production of intelligent cultural and tourism equipment and high-tech interactive entertainment robot products in the cultural and tourism sector.
Ms. Wu has more than ten years of working experience in large theme park enterprises in China, participated in the planning, design and product research and development in more than ten theme parks, and accumulated rich experience in the development, construction, operation, and management of the cultural and tourism industry.
Jiangsu Zhi Xin Technology was established in February 2018, which was incubated and developed by HRG. Later, in response to the call of the state for mixed reform, it carried out equity reform in the direction of cultural tourism and industry. Always adhere to the core concept of "intelligent manufacturing & innovation", it relies on one headquarter, multiple research institutes and industrial robot R&D centers to achieve resource sharing, business symbiosis and win-win goals.
