At TEA, we recognize and deeply value the individuality of each of our members. We understand that everyone’s definition of what is acceptable conduct may differ, yet we also acknowledge that to create a space that is truly safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all, we must adhere to a shared set of standards.

TEA is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and productive environment for everyone—whether you're an attendee, volunteer, board member, sponsor representative, venue employee, or part of the TEA staff. Every event we host, from conferences and seminars to social gatherings, is designed to foster collaboration and celebration in a manner that respects the dignity of all participants.
To that end, we have established a clear and firm Code of Conduct, which is expected to be upheld at all TEA events, both official and unofficial, as well as at ancillary social gatherings. This policy strictly prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unprofessional or disrespectful conduct. We expect all participants to treat each other with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism at all times.
