We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in coordinating these complex productions, juggling teams of artisans, fabricators, scenographers, and tech specialists to bring ambitious projects to life — on time and on budget.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end management of technical production projects, from planning through delivery

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: scenic workshops, artisans, audiovisual, lighting, and technical crews

• Manage the implementation of diverse materials and techniques — wood, resin, sculpted concrete, video, sound, networks, and electricity

• Be the go-to liaison between clients, creative leads, and production teams

• Own timelines, budgets, and quality control

• Handle technical challenges across electrical, network, video, and sound systems with confidence

• Know or be eager to learn about scenographic techniques for live shows and theme parks

• Navigate production surprises with practical problem-solving and calm leadership
   

🎯 Who You Are

• 5+ years managing technical projects in scenography, real-set construction, live entertainment, or theme parks

• Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and technical systems (electricity, video, sound, network)

• Proven experience coordinating diverse teams and complex workflows

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator

• Based in Nantes or Paris (or willing to relocate)

• Passionate about immersive storytelling and hands-on production

• Professional English skills appreciated
