Facilitate meetings with YG’s clientele to negotiate forthcoming contractual agreements and performance deals concerning prospective initiatives. Identify and report potential risks associated with business operations, reviewing detailed reports regarding legal risks and threats to the organization’s reputation. Investigate new trends in the industry with potentials to elevate YG USA’s operational procedures and implement specific strategies that can directly influence profitability. Engage in various entertainment industry events to explore undiscovered business prospects. Monitor and respond to economic trends within the industry, swiftly adapting to the U.S. market. Promote YG Entertainment's brand identity to align with North American values and trends, ensuring authenticity and relatability to the diverse audience in the region. Oversee monthly operating expenses of the company and delegate the budget in connection to office expenses, operational efficiencies such as marketing or sales activities. Ensure financial data demonstrates the exact match with the financial reports. Implement suitable financial tools or technologies to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Review the parent company artists’ primary activities and provide timely reports to schedule tentative U.S. performances and activities. Manage comprehensive reviews and approve all stages of operational initiatives targeted at expanding business opportunities and achieving new sales targets. Negotiate contracts with partnering companies for each event or activity of YG artists to manage these relationships to ensure the company’s maximum profitability. Strategize and implement public relations policies to enhance YG USA’s image and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. Manage and report system of reports and communications to CEO to ensure operational efficiency and transparency. Attend and participate in major industry events and award shows in the United States, to represent YG USA as a prominent player in the American entertainment scene and build future business opportunities with various U.S. talent agents, managers, and key figures in the U.S. entertainment industry. Leverage digital platforms and social media in North America for effective brand building, fan engagement, and marketing strategies. Strengthen ties with the domestic fan base through targeted events, fan meetings, and exclusive content to promote YG artists’ fandom within the North American region. Actively participate in various KPOP festivals within the North American region to promote YG artists' activities. Manage comprehensive human resources procedures that align with the organization’s objectives. Generate strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s culture and work environment, incorporating programs designed to bolster team dynamics and elevate employee engagement as a whole. Engage proactively in the recruitment of competitive candidates for YG USA. Review candidate applications, resumes, and conduct initial interviews for all recruiting positions, seeking the highest quality talent acquisition. Actively participate in scouting emerging talents within North American region, and contribute to the continual growth and innovation of the entertainment scene, focusing on diverse genres and talents that complement YG Entertainment's portfolio Assess the need for additional training for new hires.
