
New Business Director, Worldwide
-Define, lead, and actively execute Freckled Sky’s new business strategy across entertainment sectors;
-Drive strategy, business development, and sales - owning opportunities from first conversation through to signed deals and revenue delivery;
-Identify and prioritize the most commercially promising global markets and opportunities, focusing efforts where they can generate the greatest impact and growth;
-Build and sustain meaningful, long-term client and partner relationships that convert into repeat business, strategic partnerships, and scalable revenue;
-Own the end-to-end commercial process, including opportunity qualification, positioning, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure;
-Ensure effective coordination and communication between production, creative teams, and international offices for all new opportunities;
-Continuously monitor competitive landscapes, market needs, and technological trends to inform opportunity selection and business development efforts;
-Represent Freckled Sky at major conferences, festivals, and industry events as a credible, inspiring ambassador of the company’s vision and commercial ambition;
-Work closely with creative, strategy, and leadership teams to turn bold ideas into market-ready, commercially successful projects and products
-8+ years of experience in live entertainment, the experiential economy, multimedia production, video game, interactive entertainment, creative technology, or location-based experience (LBE) or closely related fields.
-Excellent understanding of experiential economy business models, spanning live entertainment, immersive experiences, and related sectors.
-Strong history of selling high-value creative and technology-led concepts, with performance proven through revenue growth, deal size, pipeline value, and market expansion.
-A well-established industry network across entertainment segments.
-Charismatic communicator with credibility at senior decision-maker level.
-Commercially sharp, with the ability to balance creative ambition and financial performance.
-Insightful and inquisitive, able to turn market insight and client feedback into new products, solutions, and strategic opportunities.

Freckled Sky operates across B2B entertainment segments including Events and Brands, Themed Leisure, LBE, ShowBiz, and Immersive Entertainment, delivering high-impact live and destination-based experiences for clients worldwide.
In parallel, the company is launching its Original Live Experience division, focused on proprietary products, ticketed experiences, and new entertainment concepts with scalable revenue potential.
This role goes beyond selling services: the New Business Director will identify commercially viable ideas, shape them into market-ready products, and act as a business and product owner, growing Freckled Sky’s portfolio through both client-driven projects and original ventures built from the ground up.
