She then moved to California to be part of the design team for new attractions at Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Resort in California, before returning to Paris to become part of the local Walt Disney Imagineering Design and Show Quality Creative team as an Art Director in 1995.

She most recently was Creative Director for Avengers Campus and was responsible for ensuring the creative vision through all project phases. She was also in charge of Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy, which opened at Walt Disney Studios Park in 2014. During the last 30 years, Beth principally applied her talents to the art of Disney storytelling as an Imagineer with a period of two years managing the creative team in The Auckland Museum, in her hometown Auckland, New Zealand. Beth trained in Architecture at Carrington Unitec, Auckland, NZ, graduating with honors in 1986. Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) is the creative force that imagines, designs and builds all Disney theme parks, hotels, attractions and cruise ships
