• Global Impact: Kirsten’s work spans all six Disney Theme Parks and all five Universal Theme Park locations worldwide. Her commitment to product quality, process excellence, research & development, and documentation ensures creative intent while respecting maintenance concerns for the best long term quality product.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership: As Sr. Director – Production Art & Design at Universal Creative, Kirsten led the Themed Finishes Team for the Universal Beijing Resort. Her hands on approach, combined with a strategic view, inspired her team to deliver exceptional results, seamlessly uniting all aspects of themed paint, color design, rockwork & facades, and hardscape.
• Craftsmanship and Vision: Kirsten bridges the gap between concept and execution. Her involvement spans from colorboard phase to installation, maintenance, and refurbishment. She is an expert in mock ups, samples, models, and specialty finishes.
• Industry Network: Kirsten maintains extensive contacts across the Theming Industry, including fabrication vendors, individual artists, and maintenance teams at various theme parks. Her global reach ensures access to the best resources and materials.

She regularly delivers educational lectures, hands on demonstrations, and technical workshops for art students, interior design programs, and emerging scenic artists.
