Susan Bonds

Susan Bonds is a creative force in immersive entertainment, blending engineering precision with bold storytelling to shape landmark attractions and interactive worlds. She is CEO of Animal Repair Shop and founder of Infinite Rabbit Holes, pioneering next-generation XR and AI-powered experiences. 

Susan began at Walt Disney Imagineering, producing iconic “E-ticket” attractions including Indiana Jones Adventure, Alien Encounter, and Mission: SPACE, and later led the Innovative Concept Studio, integrating digital and physical storytelling at scale. 

Beyond Disney, she produced 40+ immersive experiences and games, including Why So Serious? (The Dark Knight), Flynn Lives (Tron: Legacy), WishWorks (MAW) and Pawn Takes Pawn (Call of Duty). Her work has earned 50+ honors including Thea Awards and Cannes Lions Cyber Grand Prix.
