The foundation is nearly five years as mechanical lead on the largest program in Animax Designs' history — a 17-axis BLDC servo-actuated figure at 34,000 lbs gross weight, carried as single point of technical accountability from concept through installation. The discipline scope was full-stack: structural FEA of welded frames and machined components under weld fatigue, ultimate failure, seismic, and overhead safety load cases; rigid body dynamics and SolidWorks Motion Studies for actuator sizing across linear lead screw and strain wave BLDC axes; figure finish design coordination; Beckhoff TwinCAT IDE commissioning with piezo load cell feedback; GD&T manufacturing drawings for machined parts, weldments, and assemblies; installation support; and field troubleshooting and repair. Clean sheet designs originated from animation profiles and sculptural surface data.
