Personal Bio: Tyler Grace Krupa is a themed entertainment producer and systems-focused strategist with experience spanning live event production, creative development, and operational implementation. She currently serves as the Student Member Representative on the Eastern North America Board of the Themed Entertainment Association, where she advocates for emerging professionals and strengthens connections between students and industry leaders. Her work extends to the international stage as a key leader in overhauling NextGen's University Relations initiative, supporting 60+ TEA-affiliated student organizations around the globe. At Universal Orlando Resort, Tyler works in Talent Development supporting Orientations, Epic Universe Theming, and enterprise learning systems, helping translate creative intent into scalable training and operational processes for tens of thousands of team members. She previously supported R&D and interactive development initiatives at Universal Creative and contributed to show quality and producing project coordination efforts at Walt Disney Imagineering, where she partnered across disciplines to align creative vision with execution and operational functionality. With over 2,300 hours of hands-on event production experience and a background bridging engineering, business, and storytelling, Tyler specializes in connecting people, systems, and ideas to bring complex experiences to life. She is particularly passionate about improving workflows, strengthening team alignment, and creating the operational foundations that allow creative work to thrive.
