Personal Bio: I am an experienced special educational needs teacher based in the UK, with a background in designing immersive and accessible learning environments that support independence, creativity and digital engagement. I have led the development of sensory rooms and digital independence classrooms, combining storytelling, interactive design and assistive technology to enhance outcomes for young people with complex needs. Alongside my work in education, I am actively exploring themed design, Imagineering principles and immersive storytelling, particularly how these approaches can inform inclusive space-making and emotional engagement in both learning and leisure environments. I also develop AI powered tools to support learners and educators, many of which are inspired by the same principles found in theme park design, such as clear narrative, interactivity and intuitive user experience. I am now seeking career change opportunities that allow me to move into themed entertainment, experiential design or visitor experience development. I am joining TEA to learn from others in the industry, build connections and explore new ways of contributing creatively to projects that bring people joy, wonder and accessibility.
