Personal Bio: I am a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), where I graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management. Since graduation, I have worked as a mechanical engineer at Arup, where I design sustainable HVAC systems for healthcare, laboratory, and commercial buildings. My greatest professional achievement thus far has been becoming a licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California. I have been a theme park and roller coaster enthusiast as long as I can remember. Even before I was tall enough to ride, I remember watching rides like Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland for what seemed like hours. Since then, my love for roller coasters and the themed entertainment industry has only grown, which I attribute to my desire to become an engineer. In fact, I fittingly completed my undergraduate capstone by creating a regenerative braking device to make new and existing roller coasters more sustainable.
