Personal Bio: Recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Communications and minor in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Brooke Johnson has a strong foundation in hospitality, fueled by a lifelong passion for guest experiences. Her love for themed spaces, like many, started as a guest and only grew stronger when she joined the Disney College Program where she found herself in “Andy’s Backyard,” also known as Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. There, she learned the power of storytelling in guest-facing roles, earning over 20 guest and peer Cast Compliments for her ability to create magical moments in fast-paced settings. As a Starbucks barista, Brooke finds storytelling in the everyday, setting the tone and the atmosphere for each customer’s experience, and viewing the store as its own kind of stage. Whether welcoming someone back with their usual drink and a kind note, or curating the vibe by adjusting music and lighting, she has found joy in building small, meaningful moments of connection throughout the day. Now, Brooke is excited to bring her hospitality background, communication skills, and love for immersive environments into the world of themed entertainment. She’s eager to reconnect with the themed entertainment community to learn from others, grow creatively, and connect with people who share the same love for storytelling and guest experiences.
