Personal Bio: Hello! My name is Ethan, and I’m currently a Sophomore at the University of California, Santa Barbara pursuing a degree in Economics. I am interested in helping bring unforgettable experiences to life. Whether those experiences be in themed entertainment, tourism, or hospitality. My career goal is to be part of the teams that create the magic behind the scenes and bring it to life to bring once in a lifetime experiences for families wherever they may be. My background includes leadership roles in residence life, where I’ve managed event planning, budgets, and team coordination. Additionally, I aided with daily operations at Cali Camp, where I led daily programming and ensured safe, inclusive environments. To further explore my interests, I've conducted award winning independent research on theme park operations and guest experiences within my local community. I am excited to gain experience in creativity, logistics, and guest-centric thinking that drives these industries. I thrive in environments that value collaboration, strategic planning, and meaningful connections, so whether it’s through guest interaction, internal team culture, or big-picture operational strategy, I’m excited to contribute to any team I may work with. Outside of academics and my professional aspirations, I play tennis both casually and competitively, am an avid specialty coffee lover, and love exploring new theme parks and travel destinations! I’m always eager to learn, grow, and connect with others who share a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
