Personal Bio: Sheila Mann is a Creative Executive who specializes in producing, talent acquisition, and writing, with a background in film, TV, and theater—both in production and as talent. Formerly with NBCUniversal’s Filmed Entertainment Group, she worked across a wide array of the studio’s slate, including Trolls 2, Downton Abbey, How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming, Minions: The Rise of Gru, Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw, and more. She later transitioned full-time to DreamWorks Animation, first joining the TV Development team before moving to the Feature Film division on Trolls 3, driving creative work across the Animation, Rigging, Visual Development, and Modeling departments. Sheila also appeared as a dancer and actress in Netflix’s Mank—nominated for 10 Academy Awards and winner of 2—where her scene with Gary Oldman remains a career highlight. She has served as Artistic Director for Microsoft and as Director of Operations & Choreography for Studio Smokescreen, and currently works as a freelance Chief Creative & People Officer and author. A multi-faceted creative, Sheila loves storytelling in all formats.
