Personal Bio: Erin Fels is a second-year student at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is studying Creative Technology and Design and Computer Science and is interested in themed entertainment and immersive technologies. Erin works at the CU Recreation Center as a Guest Services Attendant, helping guests have a great experience. She is a part of CU’s Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi and a BOLD Scholar. Erin is also the social media chair for CU’s new Themed Engineering and Design Club. In that club she helped create a ride for starburst riders for the Ride Engineering Competition. She has worked at the Unstable Design Lab, where she focused on interactive technologies to help people find the value in e-textiles. She assisted in creating a functioning prototype that can be coded and changed to show off different functioning e-textiles. Erin is a hardworking and receptive person who is willing to help anyone. Her goals in the future are to work at a themed entertainment company that creates exciting experiences and new worlds for people.
