Personal Bio: Clément Fehrenbach is the CEO and co-founder of Keyros Immersive, a Paris-based company developing premium live-action immersive experiences at iconic heritage locations. Keyros's flagship IP, L'Ultime Western, is Europe's largest multi-day live-action role-play experience — set inside the original Sergio Leone film locations in Andalusia, where over 200 players step into the 19th century for 48 hours with no screens, no headsets, and no spectator mode. The experience has run for over 20 years and maintains a 70% player return rate. Keyros is currently in advanced negotiations with Jordanian authorities for permanent installations at Petra, Aqaba, and the Wadi Rum desert. Clément holds a dual degree from HEC Paris and Sorbonne University. Before founding Keyros, he worked in European competition law at leading firms in Brussels and Paris, interned at the European Parliament, and spent time in Jordan developing the company's Middle East partnerships firsthand — meeting government officials and senior stakeholders on the ground. He also founded La Loutre, an association creating alternative academic pathways for students affected by cancer — a cause born from his own experience overcoming a rare mediastinal lymphoma while completing his degrees. Clément brings to the TEA the perspective of an operator, a deal-maker, and someone who has lived the intersection of heritage, storytelling, and physical entertainment from the ground up.
