Personal Bio: My name is Alejandro Varela, and I am a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by roller coasters, the thrill, excitement, and emotional impact they create have always inspired me. This passion led me to pursue a career where I can contribute to the design and development of attractions. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience in mechanical design, structural analysis, and problem solving through projects such as the development of a lightweight competition vehicle and the design of a waste removal system prototype. These experiences helped me strengthened my abilities to apply engineering principles to real world challenges. I am particularly interested in the engineering behind roller coasters and themed attractions, including ride dynamics, safety systems, and structural design. My goal is to contribute to the creation of innovative and memorable experiences that bring people together and push the boundaries of entertainment engineering.
