Personal Bio: I’m currently a senior at UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, specializing in Theme Park and Attraction Management, and I’m graduating in May 2026. I’ve been working in the themed entertainment industry since 2018, with experience across both Disney and Universal. I started in attractions, where I built a strong foundation in guest experience and operations, working in areas like Fantasyland and the Wizarding World. Over time, I transitioned into roles with more responsibility, including custodial and Disney Vacation Club, where I developed a deeper understanding of operational support and behind-the-scenes processes. Currently, I’m working in Park Services at Epic Universe in a leadership capacity, where I help oversee team performance, ensure operational standards are met, and support day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment. After graduation, I plan to pursue a master’s degree in Themed Experience to continue developing my skills in immersive design and production. What really drives me is the combination of storytelling and operations—creating experiences that feel seamless to guests while managing the complexity behind the scenes. Long-term, I’m looking to grow into roles that blend production, operations, and creative development within themed entertainment.
