Personal Bio: I recently completed my doctorate in educational leadership. My dissertation research studied how avid Disney theme park visitors experience joy through themed environmental design and crossmodal sensory perception in the parks. From this, I developed a conceptual framework for designing joyful educational environments. I have a masters degree from NYU in Educational Theatre and a background in experiential design in both the real estate and education sectors.
