Personal Bio: I am currently in Graduate School pursing my MA for Exhibition and Experience Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. I have a BA in Design and a minor in Human Development from UC Davis. I design by looking at clients and audiences from different angles to create environments that tell a story, while still being functional and intentional. I believe that having a strong design process, along with experience in various design mediums and programs, give me the best landing place to come up with creative ideas and be able to convey them clearly. My hope as a designer is to create interactive and immersive spaces that give visitors a sense of belonging and community. I have a background working in Interior Design and Graphic Design. Before starting my MA, I worked as a designer at Studio Heimat, an interior design firm based in San Francisco. Previously I worked with my professor, Tim McNeil, to create a visualization for his now published book, “The Exhibition and Experience Design Handbook”.
