Personal Bio: Hello! My name is Madison Castillo, and I am a mechanical engineering student at California State University, Los Angeles, minoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Robotics and Control. As an Electrical Co-Lead for Cal State LA’s Baja SAE team, I work on sensor integration, electrical wiring, system testing, and the development of an ESP32-based data-acquisition system. I also have experience with 3D printing, MATLAB, C++, and Arduino-based systems, and I am currently exploring LoRa communication for wireless vehicle telemetry. I am particularly interested in ride control systems, animatronics, and the ways mechanical, electrical, and creative disciplines come together to create immersive experiences. My goal is to apply my multidisciplinary engineering background to the development of safe, reliable, and memorable themed entertainment experiences.
