Personal Bio: Brytnee Farley has a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a focus on robotics, mechatronics, and applied kinematics. Drawn to the intersection of engineering and storytelling, she is pursuing a career in animatronics fabrication within the themed entertainment industry, with the long-term goal of designing show-quality figures at Walt Disney Imagineering. Brytnee's coursework and projects include a servo-driven animatronic dragon head, a sensor-integrated hard hat developed for her senior design project, and additional hands-on work in CAD, prototyping, and electromechanical systems. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and pursuing creative projects that let her design, build, and help bring ideas to life. Brytnee joined TEA to connect with professionals building the future of experimental design and to keep learning from the people actually doing this work.
