Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia – Saudi Arabia's entertainment and attractions sector gains its own dedicated meeting point this October. SEA Expo Connex brings together a focused, senior group of decision-makers spanning operators, developers, investors, suppliers and government stakeholders, for two days of conference sessions, networking built to match operators directly with suppliers, and behind-the-scenes access to the Kingdom's flagship entertainment destinations. Arriving as planning for 2027 gets underway, the summit offers this community its only opportunity this year to convene in one location with a shared agenda.

A Standalone Event for the Sector's Builders

Organised by dmg events, the organiser of the region's established Saudi Entertainment & Amusement (SEA) Expo, SEA Expo Connex is a distinct, standalone event. Where SEA Expo serves the sector's full ecosystem, Connex is focused on its senior decision-makers, invitation-led and tightly curated. It's built around networking between the suppliers and operators shaping the sector, and a single question: how the industry's leaders will operate, sustain and grow what is now being built.

Inside the Kingdom's Newest Entertainment Destinations

The summit's programme is anchored inside two of Qiddiya City's flagship, recently opened destinations: Six Flags Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia's first theme park of its kind, and Aquarabia Qiddiya City, the largest water theme park in the Middle East. Delegates will hear from the teams building and running both, before stepping inside for guided tours: Six Flags Qiddiya City on day one, Aquarabia Qiddiya City on day two.

A Programme Built Around Connect, Experience, Learn

Structured around three pillars (Connect, Experience and Learn), the programme brings the sector's leaders together, alongside sessions on destination development, investment, policy and operations. Confirmed participants include senior voices from organisations such as Al Othaim Entertainment, MDLBEAST and Miral Experiences, joining operators, developers and investors shaping the Kingdom's entertainment landscape.

Investing in the Sector's Next Generation

SEA Expo Connex will also introduce a mentorship initiative connecting students from Saudi Entertainment Academy (SAEA) with senior industry leaders throughout the summit, creating a visible, practical pathway into a sector that will need Saudi talent at every level as it scales.

Commenting on the launch of SEA Expo Connex, Sarkis Kahwajian, Associate Vice President – Entertainment Portfolio at dmg events, said:

“SEA Expo Connex comes at a pivotal time for Saudi Arabia's entertainment and attractions sector. It's the region's only meeting point dedicated to this industry this year: the one place where the people operating, investing in and supplying the Kingdom's entertainment destinations sit down together with a common set of priorities. That's a genuine gap in the calendar, and it's the room Connex is designed to create.”

SEA Expo Connex takes place 21–22 October 2026 at Six Flags Qiddiya City, within Qiddiya City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
