REWRITING THE STORY We learned a lot from 2020 & 2021. But we will not be defined by it. We are in the process of creating a bold vision for the future, reconnecting our members, reengaging our members with the Association, and reinventing how the Association does business.
RECONNECT…members through digital and in-person events that celebrate divisional diversity but bring us together as a global community. Even more opportunities to network, learn, collaborate, and succeed.
REENGAGE…with members by creating and facilitating personalized, divisionally relevant, two-way communications, both across the membership, and between members and leadership. Using a variety of new channels that can be accessed anywhere will ensure our member communication is actually member conversation.
REINVENT… the TEA through new virtual programming and with a renewed focus on issues such as globalization, professional development, mentoring, and Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI), as well as with new leadership and direction.
